Finding the Relationships You Need in Ministry
It depends on who you read this week. Once upon a time, it was said that every leader needed a mentor, a coach, and someone you’re mentoring (a mentee). In Len Sweet’s recent book, he listed the eleven people you need. Whether you’re on one end of the scale of the other, the real question is: “How do I find these people, get into a working relationship with these people, and afford all these people?” Well, Drs.
