Ever notice how often churches seem to split over theological issues? Occasionally a “little” issue will frustrate a church, but it’s those big issues like abortion, alcohol, homosexuality, political stances, and so on that divide the church right down the middle. In this episode, Drs. Kris and Bill will drill down to the root cause of these conflicts … beliefs … and offer so thoughts on how churches can bullet-proof themselves from these kinds of issues by developing their Bedrock Beliefs.


The keystone to both avoiding and resolving church conflicts is the development, adoption, and implementation of a congregational covenant of behaviors – better known as Expected Behaviors.
